Performance and Growth
Baker Tilly International reported record revenues of US$5.62 billion for the year ending 31 December 2024, representing a 9.5% increase at constant exchange rates. The network has expanded by nearly 40% since 2020, with growth in all regions: 13% in EMEA and 11% in North America. The global headcount rose by 1.2% to 43,515 professionals, including 3,480 partners. Notably, the proportion of female partners reached a record high of 26% at the end of 2024.
