We are seeking to hire a high caliber, dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Senior Auditor in our Bucharest office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of audit planning documentation.
- Communicate the audit plan, responsibilities, and objectives to audit assistants.
- Lead the audit team by assigning tasks, providing instructions, coaching, and support.
- Conduct engagement administration reviews to ensure:
- Audit assistants have completed their assigned tasks accurately.
- Audit programs and conclusions are appropriately documented.
- Collaborate with managers to deliver reliable outputs that are ready for manager or partner review.
- Ensure the audit team adheres to professional quality standards under your supervision.
- Oversee the timely completion of assigned engagements, maintaining continuous communication with the client, manager, and audit team.
- Identify client or potential client needs to support the delivery of additional services by our firm.
- Build strong working relationships with clients to meet engagement goals and assess their needs.
- Evaluate the professional performance of audit team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- Professional certification (ASPAAS, CAFR, ACCA, etc.) preferred
- Proven experience in auditing roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
