Within Baker Tilly International member firms in Nepal, audit and assurance service is provided by Dev Associates, Chartered Accountants.
Dev Associates, Chartered Accountants was first registered in 2006 and joined Baker Tilly International as an independent member firm on 18 October 2011. Prior to this, Banskota & Co., Chartered Accountants, represented Baker Tilly International as member firm for Nepal till 17th October 2011. With the decision to work with a new local name, the erstwhile partners of Banskota & Co., CA Mukunda Dev Adhikari and CA Gopal Kumar Agrawal moved to new office premises of Dev Associates at Patan Dhoka, Lalitpur-3, retaining all the managerial staffs, and with CA Rajnish Dahal as new incoming partner. The firm is now registered with Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal as internationally affiliated firm with authorization to use Baker Tilly trademark in Nepal.
The current client base of Dev Associates includes commercial banks, development banks, International NGOs, public enterprises and international clients.
